Why a bracelet
The first thing a paramedic sees
shapes everything after.
If you, or someone you love, takes a blood thinner, the first minutes at a scene decide what happens next: the treatment, how fast, and where to. Responders check the wrist first.
A small bump can hide a bleed.
On a blood thinner, a minor fall can turn serious within the hour. Knowing early buys time, and your bracelet tells them straight away.
Phones lock. Wallets go missing.
A medical ID on your phone is a backup at best. A locked phone across the room can't tell anyone anything. Your wrist always can.
Without the facts, they're guessing.
A blood thinner changes the treatment, the urgency and even which hospital you go to. Clear information on your wrist means nobody has to guess.
Worn by
For yourself, or for someone you love.
Some order one right after starting their medication. Some buy it for a dad after a fall, or for a husband, brother or friend on the same pills. The reason is always the same: the moment every second counts.
For your dad
Often ordered by a son or daughter after a scare. Usually worn from the day it arrives.
For your husband
For the man whose pill schedule you know better than he does. Many couples order two: one for every day, one for travel.
After a scare
After an ER visit, a close call, or a friend's stroke. The thing you kept putting off, finally done.
Before you travel
A vacation, a long flight, a road trip with the grandkids. Always on, always ready.

Questions
Asked, and answered.
Will paramedics really look at it?
Yes. Paramedics and emergency teams are trained to check the wrist early when someone is unresponsive. A visible medical alert is one of the quickest ways to tell them what they need to know.
What does it say?
The plate reads "Blood Thinner" next to the universal medical alert symbol, so responders recognize it right away.
Why would I order two?
People give us lots of reasons: a spare for when one is lost or wearing out, one for every day and one for evenings or the gym, or a second one for a partner, parent or friend.
What's it made of?
Stainless steel, with a band that depends on the style: braided leather, silicone or a steel chain. The plate shows your condition and the universal medical alert symbol.
What size is it?
One size fits most wrists. If it doesn't fit yours, we'll exchange it or refund you within 30 days.
Can I shower with it on?
Short contact with water is fine. Pat it dry after a shower or rain, and avoid long soaks in pools, hot tubs or the ocean.
My phone already has my medical info. Why a bracelet?
Phones lock, run out of battery and get left behind. Responders don't always check them. A bracelet is on you and readable in a second.
How long does shipping take?
Every order ships with tracked shipping, which usually takes 5–12 business days. You will see the rate at checkout.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
Try it at home. If it's not right for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll exchange it or refund you in full.
What's your return policy?
Email support@wristcue.com within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out. Refunds are processed within three business days of receiving your return.
