I. The bracelet
What does it say?
Each piece shows a condition, for example "BLOOD THINNER" or "TYPE 2 DIABETES", together with the universal medical alert symbol, so responders recognize it right away.
Will the engraving fade?
No. The text is engraved into the metal, not printed on top, so it does not wear off with daily use.
Can I shower or swim with it on?
The metal parts are fine with water. Avoid long soaks in pools, hot tubs or the ocean, and pat it dry afterwards. Leather bands last longest when kept dry.
How does the clasp work?
Most styles have a clasp that clicks shut and opens with one hand, designed not to pop open by accident. Chain styles use a lobster clasp with an adjustable extension.
What size is it?
One size fits most wrists, and chain styles are adjustable. If it doesn't fit, return it within 30 days.
Why would I order more than one?
People give us lots of reasons: a spare for travel or the gym, one for every day and one for evenings, or a second one for a partner, parent or friend.
II. Shipping
How much is shipping?
Express Tracked Shipping to anywhere in the US is $4.99, and you always see the rate at checkout.
How long does it take?
Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days. You get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Why is my tracking link empty?
It can take up to 5 days for the first scan to show up. Don't worry if it looks empty for a few days.
III. Returns
What is your return policy?
30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@wristcue.com within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out. Refunds are processed within three business days of receiving your return.
My parcel is late or missing?
If it has not arrived within 21 business days of shipping, write to us and we will send a replacement or refund you.
IV. Medical & safety
Will paramedics really check it?
Yes. Paramedics and emergency teams are trained to check the wrist and neck for medical ID early on, especially when someone cannot speak for themselves.
My phone has my medical info. Why a bracelet?
Phones lock, run out of battery and get left behind, and responders don't always check them. A bracelet is on you and readable in a second.
Is this a substitute for medical advice?
No. WristCue products are identification jewelry, not medical devices. Always follow the advice of your healthcare provider, and call 911 in an emergency.
