What to expect
- Engraved and ready to wear. The plate reads exactly as shown in the photos, so there's nothing to fill in.
- Tracked delivery in 5–12 business days, free to every US address.
- A medical ID, not a medical device. It tells others about your condition when you can't, but it can't call for help. In an emergency, call 911.
- 30 days to decide. Not right for any reason? We swap it or refund you in full.

For the moments
the bracelet isn't on.
Your keys go everywhere you do: the car, the gym bag, the handbag. A keychain puts your alert on the one thing you never leave behind.
Always with you.
Keys come with you every time you leave the house. So does your alert.
Easy to spot.
When responders check your belongings, a medical tag on your keys stands out right away.
A backup for your bracelet.
On the days the bracelet comes off, your keys still carry the message.
Shop with confidence.

Your condition and the universal medical alert symbol, clearly shown.
Asked, and answered.
Should I get the bracelet too?
The keychain is a great backup. Most people pair it with a bracelet, so the alert is on them and on their keys.

What's it made of?
Stainless steel. The engraving goes into the metal, so it never fades.
